FH Trier Project

In collaboration with Prof. Dr. Armin Wittman (University of Applied Science FH Trier), we had the opportunity to participate in several projects with students of the Materials Management Logistics master's program. The topics covered were:

• Structure and design of a QM system, focus: Materials management area
• Design for an ESD-safe production
• Structure of a supplier evaluation system
• Optimization of the sourcing process and warehousing (ABC-XYZ analysis, Kanban warehouse)
• Implementation of a forecasting system
